Conceptart.org Atelier Projects - Art Challenge - Please Cast Your Vote!

Hello from Massive Black and the ConceptArt.org Next Gen Atelier!

As we finish up another concept art project at the atelier we are bringing a selection of new work to you all as an audience to judge and help determine which of these 3 teams will win the coveted pizza party.

We have three teams.

Team Get Some
Team Unicorn
and
Team GoatSee

Each team consistently had three members during the course of the project and some teams had several other members that became MIA or KIA over time.

The project was to take the basic storyline, settings, and characters from Mark Twain's Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and apply to it a science fiction slant, one dictated by each of the three teams. Teams were open to go with anything from near-future on Earth, a la Blade Runner or Children of Men, a futuristic off-world, space epic, a la Star Wars or Dune, or however other themes and forms of sci-fi they wanted to work in.

The three teams have now compiled portfolios showcasing various works from all the members to give a cohesive look at their projects. Please view all of the following images and cast your vote to help us decide which of these three teams will win the coveted pizza party!

The public poll will be open for one week and will award teams with the following points-
1st place- 30 points
2nd place- 20 points
3rd place- 10 points

We will also have three outside judges (people working professionally in the entertainment industry or illustration world) each cast their vote of an additional 10 points to the team of their choice, with the grand totals determining the victor.

it's so nice to see all this work together! A lot of good moments happened in the last three months, and lot's of artistic growth!!!

I cant vote. It looks like a fuckin tie. I am so happy to see how great some of this stuff is. Back when snow used to fall up and we had no snowshoes, it took forever to really learn this stuff and you guys eat it up and do this like it's just what ya do. There are bright bright futures here and I am completely humbled to see the progress. Still some learning to go but isnt that the case with all of us.

Ill chew on it some tomorrow and cast my vote after some rest. Great job you guys and Wes, super thanks. Until the batch uploader is done, I am fully aware of how much work that is to get that all straight. I appreciate it. Best thing I could see after being up working all night.

My vote goes to team unicorn. It sells the best feeling universe to me. All 3 teams were really really badass though.

Some quality work, but I expected no less. All are winning contributions to me. I really hope you guys do more stuff like this in the future. I was a blast to see.
