Warmachine, Pathfinder, Earthrise artworks...and personal work

    Check out the blog: http://soulsart.blogspot.com/
Some artworks that I did months ago.

    Warmachine WRATH units:

    Pathfinder:

Some other stuff made for secret project from which i have permission to show:

this one was made with the idea to be a website background

    And some new personal:

    Earthrise stuff:

Some stuff from the MMO game project Earthrsie

    Models: Tzvetomir Georgiev
Concept art, Textures and final work: Me

    Credits:
3d Models: Tzvetomir Georgiev, Ludmil Georgiev and Martin Punchev
images 5 and 6 concepts based on Stephan Atanasov and Edd Mattinian work

    New ones:

We count them as new stuff but reworked:

    - A friend of mine and a colleague asked me to draw something fast because his wish was to make something on zbrush. This is his 2 days masterpiece work:
    http://ceco.cgsociety.org/gallery/878238/

    - It is something like study but with little imagination. Here is the reference i used

a lot of this is well painted and generally well done. that last batch of concepts is pretty solid, especially. first image looks like an ode to dos santos

one thing i noticed, though, is your tendency to over-light. a lot of these feature an indirect light hitting from every angle- especially the concept work below the illustrations.

also, on that second image, the girl isn't interacting with the ground or her surroundings properly. you've set up a pretty extreme perspective for the environment, but she's not being influenced by the lens warp. the way the grass works around her feet/etc looks like it was painted around her, rather than with consideration to how she would effect it. there's also no green-tinted bounce light on her skin. i really like her, but i don't think she works quite right with the rest of the illustration.

anyway. keep up the good work

    Awesome stuff..

I simple love the woman lying in the grass. Great understanding of light on the form.

However I would say that the grass directly above her is popping forward too much and ruining the illusion(the grass looks closer than the woman). Perhaps try some value and hue tweaking to get it to sink back and describe the flat earth plane.

I love the tattooed babe with the dreadlocks. What a beautifully rendered female figure. Hips, thighs, the whole bit. Great color and lighting effects. Keep it up!

D@n - great to see you around mate!
    Dekal - thank you!
sourgasm - first of all thanks! You are absolutely right about the difference between the girl and the rest of the image. I was trying something but it didn't happen as I wanted to be. Anyway point taken! I will try some other lighting schemes for my next images.

donalfall - My first name is lazy and the other is ass! Call me an asshole! Thanks dude!
Mr.Punch - Thank you! You have right, but this image is quite older so i am not going to make any changes or fixes on it.
    Dahami - appreciate it!
    adconcept - Cheers!
Majora - I am waiting them too! 10x!

Great work here. I really dig how you define form in your images, gives it a very solid look. Keep it going!

Amazing style - I really like the lighting on your pictures, very dramatic and spot on - and your wolf has a lovely texture, I wish I could stroke the wolf...(wait, that didn't sound wrong did it?)

I can't point out what it is is about your paintings, especially your strokes, they seem very thick and matted - but it seems there's alot of colour and layering on each stroke...or is it just me?

Further more - is your highlight of the blue light - which seems to turn up more than once - I love this effect, and I've seen it before, very dramatic - I asked our concept artist who teaches at our university - how to achieve such an effect, painting wise, and he couldn't answer me - you couldn't drop some tips could you? Or even general painting tips?

Thanks, and keep posting more - it would be great to see your processes.
