Hi everyone. I put this thread in the wrong place before and got little to no feedback. I was told it would do better here. I would love to get some general feedback. The people on this site are pretty amazing and have inspired me to practice more. I use watercolor and trying to teach myself digital.

Oh and i didn't name the works so if you want to ref any i guess just give me the number in which they appear..sorry!

Those coloured sketches are looking really good. That's a nice start! Keep working on your rendering skills and you're gonna have some really awesome pieces!

i do this a lot with watercolor and wanted to try it with digital....i think i like it.

Thanks for the comment on my sketchbook! The feeling is mutual. Yours is pretty entertaining. It's hard to pick favourites, but I especially like those watercolour portraits and that guy in the second post. The homeless crimefighter too. Really fun stuff. Keep it up!

What's up NakedZergling?

I've seen you grow over a couple of years now and you've really improved a lot.

I'm glad you're trying more digital stuff but it's getting pretty muddy. I'd use them just like watercolors you know? Work with more transparent layers and use exciting colors that you wouldn't normally use to bring in some depth to the color.

Quick crit on the terminator: you lost so much from the linework to the painting...I hope you retain those lines in the final painting.

Dam good man. I really like your watercolors. I like the violent ones though. Like the one with the bloody hand in the foreground. That was awesome. Keep up the work. Itll keep me comin back.

Zorcron- Thank you very much! I'm glad you like it. I will do some landscapes..mostly because they frighten me. I just started sculpting, and i find it very relaxing.

yoonate- which apple? There's 3

The bum with the mushroom cap is my fav. I love the pen but damn my hand was cramping up after that.

dU5K- Thank you. I do enjoy using watercolor with pen over some. The bloody hand one is a self portrait...and it has real blood on it. I accidentally cut my hand on an exacto knife while reaching for a brush and got blood in a few places there. I just went with it.

I was doing this while watching battlestar...total nerd i know. It's colored pencil on cardboard. The scan really doesn't look as good as the original, so i may have to update with a picture.
