nice drawings without ref man, you have a really solid knowledge of skull and torso.
and also I'm still interested in forming a sketchgroup, I've never been in one before I guess we try to critic, and help each other out right? good way to keep me in check and be consistent hehe, let's give it a try![]()
wow you have some serious talentI envy that fantasy of yours! Keep it up.

Good stuff, that still life of the wooden figure looks great.
nice studies, I think you purposely simplify it so it's easier to memorize? and the still life looks good, I have trouble with values so I can't criticize much, but maybe it can be pushed further with the darks because it seems a bit too gray, but maybe because it's wood thus the subtle values, I don't know until I try myself actually, but keep it up man, sorry I'm slow with updates ><.
@UrbanHermit: thanks
@mpdpsy: yeah simplifying makes it a lot easier. i think the still life would have looked better with a shadow on the ground -> more black in the picture

Looking good! thanks for the tip about the values, still lifes look good, it seems the memorization progress is getting steadily there. I like the Motoko fanart, Gits is one of my fav animes.
Nicccccccccccccccccccccccccccccce still lifes!
That is what I like to see - practicing values.
I do like the muscles and bodies which are
highlighted with white chalk. That really brings
it forward.
Your pencil anatomical studies look
a bit simple, maybe render them some more.
@mpdpsy: thanksi just started watching gits. i really like it
@danlucas: thanks. i want them to be simple so its easier to memorize

nice updates, I'm liking the glass still life looks very glassy and seeing the process of layering the muscles onto the skeleton, anyways good to see you consistently updating. Cool orc concepts, what's the BFME III project? anyways, keep it up![]()
Lovely studies there. from photo or other drawings?
When my daughter was about seven years old, she asked me one day what I did at work. I told her I worked at the college - that my job was to teach people how to draw.
She stared back at me, incredulous, and said, "You mean they forget?"
