Your CHOW pieces are really good, Clint Eastwood reads as himself instantly, such good work! Thanks for sharing your stuff. I really like the way you paint, comes out with so much texture and a loose feeling but it's not messy, real confident. sooo good keep these coming please!

+1 to f1x's post. Love the drama of this last piece.
f1x & Shadow Stalker - Thanks, guys
Just a face sketch
You're a beast man. The siren piece looks awesome. I guess it might be a little difficult to express in words but how do you get the painterly feel? Do you feel like it's because you use brushes that support that kind of style or do you think you're way of working makes it happen? I've never really been able to get such effects. You're awesome.

Mate you are rocking it at the mo! I love the siren and that horsey thingy
Kvenh - Thanks a lot - I think its more to do with the smudge tool I use a lot. I put the strength on about 90-100% and just play with different brushes with the smudge tool selected. For brushes, I just use popular brush sets that people use from m@ etc.
GEB - Cheers mate!
Something I started tonight
I love how painterly all of your stuff feels.
Are they from the forest of dean?
Gadbury I wish you had submitted your Siren man! I was looking for it to vote for it! I love it. I liked the first pose you had done too.
oh man, this is awesome. Love the sketchbook so farLooks like you've gotten better at colors n stuff, really liking the new update, keep up the awesome work mate!
You have a lot of wondeful art here
But the pegasus in #294 just left me speechless!
The way you made the wings as if it's moving... Amazing!
I'd love to see that printed out in life-size format![]()
Shadow Stalker - Thanks man
GEB - Oh, you mean the axe murderer? Haha, I thought at first you might have been talking about photo texture or something
Artfix - Thanks, yeah I was annoyed I didn't finish it... laziness
telohs - Thank you
Trixtar - Thanks!
My Wrath WIP for the Sin CHoW
Love the siren one, man, has a really nice vibe to it. Looking forward to seeing how the wrath chow turns out!
Dude, you have to do some livestream stuff! How do you work so fast? How much time do you spend painting a day?
Love that winged Unicorn!
NICE!!!
PieMonster - Thanks
Shadow Stalker - I'd like to one day since seeing everyone doing these awesome streams, but I can't seem to work when I know someones watching... I know, sounds ridiculous...The time I spend a day varies, sometimes a couple of hours, or maybe 4-8 if I'm liking a piece
Quinn Simoes - Cheers Quinn!
GEB - Thanks!
Update on this one
Lovely! One crit. His left hand seems to start quite a bit further up the forearm compared to the right
Nice concept. I'm a little confused about the head, but it looks great (and creepy).
Yeah, you should definitely do a stream. You don't have to watch it live, we can always view it later. But you'll be surprised how many people would go watch it.
So painterly and Beautiful!

GEB - Thanks for the crit mate - Yeah, I'm still trying to fix it so it looks forshortened, its kinda messed up
Shadow Stalker - Cheers, I'm regretting making the image so dark and having the head in shadow, I'm having trouble showing whats going on there now. Thanks for the crit!
Immortal Cintiq - Thanks
Here's an update. Hopefully things are looking more clear, that arm is still messed up though...

I Started reading the Dark Tower books, when I heard they're making a film I felt inspired to start an illustration with Daniel Day Lewis as Roland
WIP
Sounds good, looking forward to see the result
The Rolando illustration is already looking good, I´m sure you will love the books.
