Hi,
here are two threads that explain how to attach images:

(Copyright stuff isn't covered in either of them because that feature was added not long ago but you'll see its not really complicated.)
And heres a thread where you can make tests. http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=96341
Good luck.
Nice start Ryan (If i get that wrong don't mind me), Looks like you're on your way, yeah doin more of the ref pieces will help. You have lots of time you're young yet, glad to see the interest at such a young age. Keep it up, I'll be checking back. Have fun.
where are those anatomy sketches maaan?
keep at it, and dont give up ryan![]()
i like it, do more of these in mass!!
Put in smaller images dude, you can't see anything of them if they're so huge.
Open them up in photoshop & down the image size to about 1000 px maximum.
cheers
i know i don't post in my sketchbook much, but i am drawing. i have to improve a heap, do loads of drawing and learning and then i'll post up a heap of stuff
stay tuned
ryan
13 huh? wish i would have found conceptart.org when i was your age!
Your going to learn so much here!
Get your self some anatomy books like Bridgemen or Loomis and try to copy as many drawings as you can from them.
Also keep studying from the old master painters.
Looking forward to seeing your progresion on your journey of art
Keep having fun learning and drawing- Jamie

The self-portrait and the enviro are looking really good! I'd like to see more work on traditional media.
You've got a nice, loose style.. work on anatomy, try to imagine things in 3d.
Keep up the work!
@Abrodos,

@Gamble, thanks man, i'll pm when i post that other painting
@miycko thank you! i'm glad that i'm improving, even if it's slight at least its somewhere![]()
I drew this using whit's sketchbook for reference, it's amazing how he uses so little lines to create that, so i'm using this methods to get better at my work.
also, i bought my first Moleskineit cost $32, which was a lot.. but thankfully , if you spend over $30 you can get a panda plush toy for $10 (down from $20) so i got that too

first and formost, i appologise for all my blurry photos..
last night i went to Contrast Symphony I met Herman NG/Openanewworld and Adam Nichols they are both great artists and gave me some wonderful tips and inspiration
I also met Muzz who set up the Contrast Symphony and introduced me to Adam and Herman.
I drew my first model, she was topless at first but then was costumed.
i'm happy with what i got but i have to slow down and draw lighter. this was my first drawing in my moleskine and i love the moleskine, the texture that you draw on feels so much better than regualr paper and it's just great
Also i added an older acrylic painting![]()
