    hey nightblue,

the shamanic idea is indeed getting better. I only have the feeling that her head is turning in a unnatural way. Probably because the ribcage is already turning a bit towards the other side.

Right guys, I hope to have a little time again tonight, so Ill try to update

Hope you can do some work Daniel.

The protector is looking more and more like a christmas tree. What do you guys think?.

Dood tommoy. Awesome. Love the sharpened features, helm, and upper body armor. The shoulder piece is getting intensely cool too. The only thing I see is the further horn being maybe a bit too long for the helm to be symmetrical. Can't wait to see what you do with the boots.

Not working overtime tonight, so I'll try to get something done

Focused on face and upperbody. Still unhappy with the pose so I'll keep messing with it... slow and steady does it I suppose.

Nightblue, the face looks gorgeous. Her left leg needs work, imagine how it would be attached to her hip. One other thing is the shell/horn hanging before her knees, it's a nice detail, but is it practical when she walks/runs? Good work though, I really like the colors! Keep it up.

The end of April I'm working in Brussel, till this weekend I can do things for the team but next week you guys have to finish up. Delmar, we are counting on you for the sage and the shadow, Daniel, can you finish the rabble rouser in time? and Nightblue, you have to finish up the technician and the creature. Would you guys be able to post a more or less final version this weekend?

Protector and hero close to final:

Nice work Tommoy. Be sure to polish the hero's hands, especially the one right next to her face. Great critique too. I will lift up the horn a little higher so it's not exactly at knee level, if I can't think of anything else that is.

I cannot promise final on the weekend, but I will try. It's been a crazy couple of weeks, and I suspect I will be working this weekend again.

hey, the protector is looking great! I wouldn't work a lot more on it, maybe render the 2 background skulls a bit more but if I were you tommoy I'd just focus on the hero. That one still needs some extra rendering. The belly isn't quite right yet, and as nightblue said, work on the hands some more aswell.

Don't worry about the rabble, I will finish it on time. Sorry for not being as active as all you guys right now, but this movement is taking up more of my time then I suspected.

Ditto, your characters look amazing! I`d just change one thing - the protector could "loose" the shield on his back, b/c he already has a full body armor and it kinda makes him look like a turtle...hope you don`t mind me saying so!

Thanks PxelSlayer, we don't want the protector to be a slow turtle.

    Here are my final images.

Yeah!...Really like the protector too! Good job tom.
AS for the hero...You changed the left hand of the hero, know it's looking a bit awkward. the right arm is much bigger than the left one. Maybe some textures on the cape and/or the skirt would be cool.

I'm currently coloring the sage....i'm worrying a bit about the overall look of our finals. For the finals i guess we need at least some kind of consistent bg.

here is the colorscheme of the sage

Nice to see some color Delmar, are you gonna make it with the shadow too? You were right about the textures and the arm. If you guys can make it this weekend we can put the characters together and see what happens.

Did my own interpretation of the shadow, hope you guys like it. Delmar, if you can finish your shadow in time I'm okay with that. Hope one of you can pick up from here to make things final and post it in the thread.

Semi final magician, beast coming soon.

On a quick note, I love Tommoy's shadow, but Shadow is supposed to be counterpart to hero and is similar in age etc. Maybe the shadow commands the mummy?

Internet was broken through the entire weekend. Real feedback coming tomorrow

Delmar: Sweet! The sage is pretty awesome. As for the shadow, I like the second one but am intrigued by the third one as well. I'll make my character less saturated as well. Time to carry on the "color layer" plan

D.Labruyere: How is it going? Are you still in this? Please let me know

It's great news that our deadline is pushed back a bit. If we still want the team shot (everybody together and say cheese), please be sure to post your character(s) by Friday. Tommoy said he may not be able to be online, but he sent me his images.

I hope D. shows up, but in case he doesn't, we need a back-up plan for the rabble rouser. Proposals welcome.

Bird. To be finished tomorrow I hope, at long last.

Hey guys, I'm back from Brussels and I'm glad to see you guys have made great progress.

First I have to say I love that animal you've added Nightblue, it can turn out to be a funny but very believable creature.
Delmar, nice work on the sage, the colors look very sharp and bright, but he can look different from the rest so maybe this isn't gonna be a problem. Interesting sketches you did on the shadow, I like the one on the right the most, so I'm glad to see you've combined them in your last sketch. I love his expression. Hope you can brake trough the hard vertical contours with some additional elements.
Daniel, glad you found time to do some work too. Your rouser is going to be an interesting type regarding her clothing. I'm very curious what the outcome shall be.

If I'm right the deadline for posting the finals is Saturday so we have a few days left to finish. Are you all going to make it?.

Tomorrow I'm leaving for a short holiday and prob won't be able to be online, so I still won't be able to finish. I have mailed the high resolution images of the Hero, protector and 'next in line' shadow to Daniel and Nightblue, I would have send them to Delmar too but I don't have your e-mail address.

Besides finishing your characters someone has to figure out how we are going to present them. I'm not very good in designing so its better if one of you would take that responsibility;p. Also one person has to post the stuff in the final thread and make sure we stick to the rules Deadswen pulled up.

    Succes and cheers.

btw, here's an image of my work in Brussels

Tommoy: nice! I love the caricature you did... are you in a frying pan?

Delmar: that's really cool! I do like the old hairstyle a bit better though, it had character

D.: Thanks for the assurance! I'm looking forward to the finished piece. looking great so far.

I muted my character's colors to help her better fit in. This is my semi final piece.

I'm not great in design either, so if anybody wants to tackle the presentation please do. I don't mind doing it if nobody else wants to.

    looking nice delmar.

I could take up the presentation aswell if nobody wants to, that isn't really a big issue for me, but just like Nightblue, I'm not great in design.

    Anyways, an update again:

right, everything is posted in the Final Burning, so I think we can say now that we are done. I wished I had more time to participate within this thread, but because of me moving to another house this was unfortunately not possible. I had a really fun time nontheless

Right, I'm just posting my finished rabble over here aswell:
