If you have something like Photoshop or another drawing program you will probably be able to find an option to adjust the size of your image in the pull down menu that says "image" at the top. If you don't have one of those programs you can find a freeware on download.com called XNView that should do the job. Just make the longest side of the drawing be 800 or below and it will look fine. Photobucket will resize things for you, but hosting the image outside defeats the whole purpose of the Art Registry Forum.
