My name is Ross Tran and I was really active on this site in 2009 when I started really learning and posting, but I haven't been active on this blog because of school, I finally got around to update for you guys, the community, one of factors that helped start my everything. hey man! ive seen your work all over c g h u b! great work man!! i really love the dynamism, and colors you use in your sketches! also the characters are amazing! they have a very cool animated feel to them! keep posting!
Holy hell! Freaking amazing landscapes (and everything else). Really phenomenal work here, kinda scary to imagine what you'll be doing by the time you graduate.
My only suggestion is to watch out a bit on the life drawings--for the most part the forms are reading pretty well, but a few areas are getting a bit confusing, they also have some pretty wacky proportions on a couple of them.
You gotta post here more often!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I am currently studying Entertainment Design at Art Center! Think about it this way, School would be the best investment of your life and you only have one life! So make the best of it and pay back your loans after you get out and kick ass!
It was my 20th birthday 2 days ago! So I made it a goal to finish the top painting right before my birthday. And the bottom piece
is a final done a few months ago. I hope you enjoy it and thanks for looking!
