Blythe I used an 8B pencil on rough paper. I like the grip it has.

Tried a few new techniques with this one:

whoa. (good whoa) I dig your gestures, i feel the motion as well as accurate as possible, and with a sense of light with your light and dark lines, thats what I'm striving for! as for your paintings, definitely awesome, love the textures you put into them. the enviros are great!

jermonster , DStraX , Braintree , AsaB : Thanks Folks.

A couple more life drawing gestures from yesterday evening

Probably not that successful, but we all have on and off days. Also its been a couple weeks since I had a female model. Hopefully they will start to pull together a bit more over the next few sessions.

SO here we go 1 to 10 min gestures

Also a little bit of a WIP Enviroment I will post the finished version this evening if I am not tired to finish it after work.

The leviathan of the EOW finally shows his underbelly. I like the way you always sneak in those symbolic white bird flocks of freedom - they help intensify the largeness of scale and just increase the overall beauty of the presentation. Anyways, long live birds and long live this sketchbook.

    Keep doing you

    The Temple of Courage

Deep in the heart of the Dark Continent is the Temple of courage.
Valiant Knights journey to the temple to prove thier worthiness within its walls. Facing many trials only the most courageous of warriors will survive the temple and cross the bridge to begin thier journey home.

I am not happy with this, but a few things learnt, onwards and upwards as they say.

Awesome stuff you've got here, even tho i'm a beginner i'll let myself crit one thing (hope u wont hate me for that :] ) The Lion statues are turned too much to the right, to fix that i would turn them more towards viewer, or turn the huge lionface sculpted in the mountain more like you did it with lion statues,
    Best wishes, ICE
