    Raceme's Figure Drawing and stuff

    Dear CA,

Thanks for this great website. Thanks to anyone who stops to look at my drawings. Input is great, please let me know any ideas you may have - critique is the name of the game!

I spend time drawing figure, but totally am into environments. I like making places that are just imagined. Ironically, I mostly have figure work here. I'll add more later. When I scan some environment work, I'll be able to post.

Have a great time drawing today!

P.S. I'm having trouble with my attachments.

    Here are my attachments.

I've figured out how to add the attachments. I'll add some more if these show up!

Are you using charcoal to make these? they look really good to my eye, i like the looseness a lot! Id like to see some facial studies as well

Thank you NoodleDoodle. Charcoal on the three torsos, black and white conte on the mid value paper and sanguine pastel pencils (Cretacolor) I'll check the # of the Cretacolor and post it if you want. It's pretty easy to figure out when you see it in the store.

Very nice work. No real crit here (my own life drawing has been lacking lately), but I've always had a soft spot for sanguine pencil. Looking forward to seeing more.

    Hey RACEME,

Thanks for the "comment". Made the end of my "day" (3:30am) a funny one.
Good to see your drawings after so long. Still great. I always loved your legs (in your drawings, of course, don't get excited). Alot of graceful sweeps. So interesting to see how different approaches lead to charcoal beauty on paper in the end.

Glad you're in here adding to the fantastic artistic soup.
