This is part 1 of 3 of my first semester of life drawing.

Do you bring your laptop to draw digitally with a model? How long are those study's? I'd say they are nice studies but I would love to see 1 min and 5 min gesture drawings. Really capturing the movement of the model. I learned valuable lesson from a human life class, my teacher forced us to avoid shadowing and value for the 1st 5 weeks. You can make an alright draw look great with some fancy shading and rendering but If you can build a strong contour drawing really expressing the models form using line, you then have a strong foundation to make it brilliant. Keep up the good work.

Easier for you but harder for us. In here's it's a common courtesy to attach at least a couple of your images to the post, or at least make sure your link works properly (I get directed to your main gallery so I have no idea if what I'm looking at are correct ones, I mean the only ones I find are from 2011).

i think you should draw with an old fashioned sharp pencil.... no definition in your drawing ..get clean lines and edges.. and use light and cast shadow..
