    The top image is much more dynamic.

    Be careful with the "up-skirt" view; is it appropriate for your audience?

    The bottom images proportions look off. The legs get very thick and the feet are too big.

    The only thing I find troublesome about the first sketch is the strange way the feet line up and cause the right foot to tangent really bad with the left lower leg.

    The first sketch is good but it is screaming Posemaniacs right now.

    Second one, looks like the bottom leg is a bit too long and the foot too large.
