Wow. Absolutely no reason to be nervous. Those environments are awesome. Such great composition especially the second one. The brightness of the blue in the waterfall really contrasts with the dark surroundings.

Hey! I'm getting addicted! Give us another dose. Those have a very professional aspect. Do you work as a conceptartist? If not you should.

I really like the way you stylized the shapes of the trees and rocks, that makes them not so vague as other concepts from other people.
And the values are very real, not too much effects here, which is something to be grateful.

Keep it up and don't be shy to show more!

Loving the lighting, really nice refractive glow, and the age you've got into the enviros is fantastic. The only thing I see that tweaks a little is the blueness of the waterfall in the second.

    keep posting

    cheers

    -Wasker: Thank you mate

    -Spoonbender: Thanks for your comment

-Areve: eheh, i like to read that; thanx!

Wow, your stuff is really impressive. Seriously attractive first page to your sketchbook . I'm liking your portraits as well as the environments. I feel that the first background really captures a sense of life and movement, the mist is tangible. Would love to see mediums or timescales posted alongside your stuff, just out of curiousity. Man... I wish/hope I could/can get into Photoshop/digital painting...
    Keep it up ^_^!

Space dust: Thank you friend I'd like to post a color version of the first sketch but unfortunatly, i draw it from a b&w photo I must ask to the model to send me the colored version

Francisck: Thank you very much And... i'm not very good in english: what do you mean by timescales?? Sorry for that.

Deon: Thanks!! I'll post later a few pages from my current project. Editor allows me to paint over the drawing of the author because it's not so good, and i really enjoy it. Just waiting for the authorization.

Ok, i don't have a lot of time to work for me actualy. I just did these fast portraits for the main charactersof my personnal project.

    More soon (ahem, i hope)

    Thanks for viewing.
And, somebody knows how i can change the thumbnail on my post? Thanks.

    nice environments

for your portraits, try working out of a color tone background, you may find it will give you new ideas about using color

Great book so far! This last piece, as far as composition goes, I feel it leans a bit to the left.. Don't know if you want to work it more, but a suggestion would be to make the foreground more open and the center piece more straight up, so as to resemble gothic architecture? That's just my suggestion.. Keep it up
    MY SKETCHBOOK

I know it's all been done before, I want to do it again. I want to do it again.

Liking your characters and the colouring... makes me even more desperate to learn some digital colouring techniques/programs . Very illustrative characters; the colour tones and expressions/poses lean towards suggesting a narrative, which is nice.

And before - by timescales - I just meant how long you had spent on your pieces ^_^

Keep it up! Looking forward to more
