Do any of you devoted sketchbook practitioners and paintaholics also enjoy getting off your buns for a fun run or a brisk bike ride?
Obviously I do...
Cycling, hiking and yoga are my main physical activities of choice. I also love a good swim and a lively game of ultimate frisbee. Eventually I plan to train to complete a century ride.
But first, starting this week I begin training for a marathon. It is kind of a big deal for me, since straight running is not my best skill at the moment.
I would love to discuss endurance training with other like minded individuals (read: not the usual mega jocks).
