You kinda have that already, I don't know and I cant tell but it's good to know what you are doing sometimes. When a skill comes natural it's hard to repeat it sometimes because one tends to not know what one is doing right on your good days and what is missing in your off days, pulling natural knowledge into conciouseness(words, procedure etc) helps you to approach your work methodically.
Your anatomy studies and construction also don't look bad at all but incase you havn't seen these yet there some bridgman books here, (the top two downloads) :

The loomis books are also great. Search the forum for loomis books. The links to them have been mentioned a couple of times.
