Wow Alex you are a big inspiration, I have to admit before I have seen your sketchbook on the forums thread and scrolled down , because I had been in a hurry, but this time I took a look I am very glad I did , you are killing it man keep up the great work. Also I am from Essex as well it is weird, I haven't really found any concept artists at least from Essex yet, I guess this was my lucky day, anyway keep it up

Hi all!

Thought it's about time to start up the sketchbook, been a while! Sorry that this book is full of dead links. I'll use attachment manager now.

Been a funny old couple of years, but I'm sticking with the Art and trying to get back more in to studies, and more concepts and rough work.

So here will be many experiments in photoshop and some odd finished bits.

I still don't know what I want to do with all this. All I have found in recent times is I don't want to do characters or anything like that. So I guess I am left with landscapes so I'll see how that goes. However I do want to do the odd character for fun I did several chars for Paizo last year and knew from then I never wanted to do that again! Part of me would like to do a childrens book or something graphic-y, bah lets see how it goes..

Soz some of them are all big - I'll do better size next time!

The black and white line ones are done with Galaxy Note 10.1 - playing around with that - not painted on it yet only sketched.
