Wow, I am in awe! Love the way you shade in pencil, but also keep such clean lines. Fantastic work with other tools as well - the charcoal drawing you posted previously is stunning! Thanks again for visiting my SB![]()

All right I really need to get my shit going.. everything from life, during the inverted rain.
Quick update before sleep. Can't figure out the scanner, it makes the pencils look like doodly-squat. Oh well. Lame excuses. Also trying to, once again, get the basics in my head. Proportions etc.

FETT!

gunnarsson - Yeah! Uppdaterrrra!
dan liimatta - Tackar tackar
Hej man thx for stoping by! You have an awesome sketchbook! Hows Columbo coming up?![]()
mass87 - Thanks! It's all good, they show it pretty much daily here so!
Various stuff from ref and head
Thanks Marine_Blue, it's what makes the sketchbook section work.
I look at my old work and my new stuff, and I really don't see any progress. So me needs to work. I think I need to push everything I do. A lot.
First of all: Oh good lord! Thank you for all these updates!
Your pencil drawings are amazing, as always!
I love the face on the right in the 4th pic of post #216![]()
Very beautiful, I would like to see a whole portrait!

h.k - Thanks! Well about the portrait, that there is it, the paper isn't any bigger hehe. Thanks man, appreciate it. Sure, keep them updates coming and I'll keep coming!
great sketchbook man! i can learn alot from this
God I love these pencils! I can't believe I have never seen this sketchbook before. Your lines are really fluid and clean, it's a great style. And of course I love seeing someone who takes anatomy seriously, as you seem to be quite good in that respect and your figures have nice gesture.
I think however that you are limiting yourself. You are clearly very skilled at drawing one type of male and one type of female, but they are almost all the same body type. Not every guy is going to have the same low-fat and defined muscles as you have here. Try studying some fatter people, skinnier people etc. Some less idealized figured would help you out I think![]()

Really awesome pencils!
I love these peeps.
Andrew Sonea - Thanks. Trying to not pay too much attention to the lines on the expense of the proportions etc. which easily happens. Very true about the body types, too, as you can see in this update haha.. thanks for the crit, really appreciate it!
Ludic - Well thank you.
Legs and stuff. Need to work ahrderrr
Hello!
Thanks for the visit, repaying kindness. Lovely lines and rendering! I'd say you have enough basics down to start applying them more. Maybe try doing your own character designs, study clothing and so? Or dwell into illustration more? Color and painting? Don't get stuck at one thing, it's good to broaden your range of abilities!

kitfox - Sure, I think your approach to studying is pretty cool. It will be interesting to see how it goes. Yeah you're right I think, I tend to get stuck in just drawing bones and muscles all day.
Some faces. Have more anatomic studies etc. but I will spare you. Some details this time.
Last update was today, obviously, not August 22nd.
Ah man, the pencils are so good, love the way you describe forms.
I love these peeps.
really really beautiful pencil and ink work.
