raelly good so far i like the loss of focus on the right arm but i'd take some of the darker values off the face, towards the bottom at the chin and jaw. not that those areas shouldn't be dark, just not QUITE that dark

On your latest one, her right arm is too long, but you already know that don't you? It's nice to see your idea stages, I like how you quickly developed the gesture lines into volumes with the cross contours. Obviously you need to be careful with the head placement here, but nice job so far!

THat last proper piece was quite nice, but I think what you need to do is try to put in the same amount of work on all levels of your piece. The legs fell away for me. Still these beetle studies make me fucking giddy^^
