    Nice digi and good studies!
I agree with what mave_le_monkey said though. The line connecting the fingers to the knuckles doesnt seem like they should be there...maybe that's what your refs looked like though so no worries.
You're really progressing. Keep it up!

    really really cool studies!
What do you use as reference?
I mean for example the male figure hanging the "weapon" (and my english still sucks LOL) in different poses, it's really cool. I was wondering if it's all from imagination or what ^_^

Your body studies are really great, the idea to take body references from himself is....slick :D
The last artwork is very nice, I like the perspective.
But in my oppinion...you should cut the left dark side out, I think this would look a little bit better...just a suggestion ... :P

Nice stuff, it seems you have a pretty good sense of anatomy, my only criticism would be that your figures appear sort of flat and stiff at times, and might benefit from some live model studies. Other than that I like what I see.

He's lookin much better now. I liked how bold the rose was before, though, it had a bit of a storytelling aspect to it...it added a bit of romance to the piece, beyond the bloodshed... but now it has faded into the background. Your choice, though!

Watch out for that shoulder area, it's lookin a bit scrawny.

Great progress! But from the angle in which the character is holding the sword, I don't think it would be covered in so much black. The part of the sword that isn't covered from the light by the character should stand out more due to the glare from the light...especially the blade.
    Keep it up!

Nice job so far - I think the issue might be that the top left corner is very bright and attracks your eyes after seeing the main dude, but theres not much there so my eye kinda leads out the pic. Maybe add more detail in the back or perhaps add some more cloth on the left. A few folds with a hint of light could be nice.
The perspective of the floor seems a bit off too, the stone pattern is making it look odd.
Great job on the amour! keep it up!

hey, I think I commented on your DA or something.

The anatomy sudies are top notch. Really I'm jealous of you precision. http://img218.imageshack.us/img218/2...ystudy3jh1.jpg
OCD much? just kidding, I admire the discipline.
The only thing I'd suggest is do more paintings and I'd to see what you can do with vehicles or mech stuff.

    Great book.

Great sketchbook ! What i like the most is how you draw your character face and how u play with the lightning. One crit is you need yo loosen your character a bit, some of them look smooth but some look a bit stiff.
Thanks for dropping by at my sb and keep those study up.
