I think this is my first thread actually... About time really, since I´ve been here awhile

Been having trouble sleeping lately and figured I might as well put it to good use and do some self-portraits... I´ve also included the one I did for self-portrait-day.

All done in Alchemy with Intous3 in 20-30 minutes...

First: Self-Portrait-Day 2008, from webcam I think...
Second: Photo-referenced of myself in Halloween costume as mad scientist
Third: Webcam ref
Fourth: Photo ref...

wow man, nice color schemes, i like the style of these

, graphic chaoticism... alchemy? i think i've seen android use that in a youtube vid? do tell!! how was using the program? it interacts and synchronizes sound somehow when you draw?

Alchemy is a great program, it has alot of different effects to create more-or-less random effects on your "brush" such as sound-input or the speed which you move the brush. I avoided going overtop and just used a quick flourish with the speed-shapes and type-shapes to get something to start from, then used more traditional tools for the rest.
