This is my initial sketch so far. Not quite happy with it yet. Need to fix up the hands and some other details, and sort out the chicken.

Cool theme...

liransz: The butcher looks great, but you got to change the background...those intense red draws the attention anywhere but not on the main figure.....the sausages look by the way really disgusting which is great

so im pretty interested in this one, i got a cool idea, and here is the final drawing of the butcher, but there will be more to come. can you guess the influence?

Equality72521 - I think you should change it to a big meat cleaver, rather than a butcher knife. I love the low angle, he looks very menacing!

Delmar - great body type! The fat torso with the skinny sparrow legs, and then the belly poking out from under his shirt. Makes me laugh.
