Glade to see your updating regularly, I have one crit for you though! Your faces need a tad bit of work in proportion, you may want to go to loomis or some anatomy book and practise them.
Anyways, your making good progress and such.
PS: Be careful with that girl your drawing from your head! Her waist has a unnatural curve to it (facing the light). I found this great book on making curves for the body really helpful and such its from vilppu if you just google "vilppu pdf" or something you should be able to find it pretty fast.
Hope this helps with further drawings!
EDIT: WHAT THE HELL? CA screwed up again and made me double post >.> I didn't even refresh the page and this happens...
My observational skills may be great but i said nothing about my drawing skills

Wow, you have made some major progress since the first page. The digital WIP is really coming along and I'm excited to see how it ends up. I don't really have any critiques for you at the moment, just encouragement. Keep it going.
I like your last WIP. The colours and values are looking good, but there are a few minor issues with the pose and anatomy. I took the liberty of doing a paintover. I hope you don't mind. If you do, I can remove it.

That's looking really great now. If I were to say anything it would be that you can even push the shoulders a little more--make the weight-bearing shoulder higher and the other one lower. But at this point I think I might be getting a little picky. It definitely is looking stronger now. Can't wait to see it finished.

As the guy above me said, there still needs to be more difference between the two shoulders. She's really leaning on her left arm right? That needs to be clear. A few other nitpicks: you could make her right foot smaller, the supporting arm looks like a pillar and needs more definition (well, maybe you just didn't get round to it yet) and you could give more definition to the plane of her left knee. That'll make the leg pop forward more.
And maybe you could add some furniture for the heck of it, i mean this is already going in a good direction, would be a shame not to push it as far as you can take it. And i know you can![]()
yo bro keep it up, more studies and take your time!!!
Thanks everyone, I'll post the piece when its done, taking up too much space on CA with WIPs haha

Tough perspective poses my friend. Keep at it. The middle arm looks off to me but its well shaded to make up for it and make it more believable to my eye.
Andrew gave you some great pointers on the female pose.....then again looking at his pointers he moved the pose into a more relaxed state placing the weight more into the lower body. Make sure this is what you wanted from the gesture before changing it.... I think it is fine besides a few picky structure flaws.
Keep going
Love the hands man. Great values. Love how you describe depth through contrast and value. Really going strong. The expressionistic borders add to it as well.
As for the above girl. You greatly improved on it. Though I don't like her shoulder in the latest one opposed to her previous pose. Now they're way to horizontal. Having them skewed makes for a better composition imo. Anyway cool stuff man.
Teach me to paint like you? please... maybe...?
Looking really good, awesome studies too!
Keep at it
liquidjack: I tried sitting in the pose before, and it wasn't impossible, just not comfortable. It works better now, cheers
jordyskateboardy: Thanks yeah, I skewed them more, looses stiffness methinks. Cheers buddy
lilnebo: Why would you want to paint like me?! Thanks anyways
Self-portrait from photo, the eyes are awful
Hands, Bridgeman and poor lifeys

Hey man,
You really managed to pull it all together. Looks pretty neato. Tweeking the shoulder def works charms. Too bad you didn't paint the hands though ;p. But yea pretty good. Anatomy is pretty acurate and shit and skin tones look great. She isn't yet sexy but yea that'll be the next step. Keep 'em coming.
I want to paint like you because you paint awesome maybe?
Very nicely done with this on. Great improvement!
Really love how you pulled all the scene together in the end.
Keep it up!
jordyskateboardy: Thanks
lilnebo: I paint like shit. Thanks
