So I'm not the best at poses, especially female poses. I realize I probably should have used some reference for this, but I uhh....rarely do that as it is.
Any suggestions with the anatomy, possibly colors as well?
Thanks a lot!

I'd need to know something before I can critic constructively:
Do you want the hips to be side viewed, perpendicular to the shoulders?
EDIT: Well, obviously so, with the update![]()

Yes, orginally both of her knees were going to be facing the bar
but i had trouble connecting the leg to the hip. I ended up drawing her left leg to cover that up.
I thought you really could use a photo ref (I know you said you usually don't use them, but 1. you should and 2. this is a complicated pose, so you could doubly use one) and so I tried my best to make one for you. I'm sorry that the picture is blurry; I couldn't keep my hand steady at that angle without the bartop under it. ^^;
Anyway, the most obvious anatomy issue you have going on is that no one's torso can do a 90 degree turn like that. Additionally, her thighs are really short. Beyond that, I'll have you know that it is very unusual and uncomfortable for a lady to open her legs that widely, so this character must intentionally be sitting that way. Also, the pose of the hand is rather uncomfortable and unnatural. For this, I added another photo of a much more natural feeling pose. I hope you don't take it as me intruding on your artwork; you originally said you wanted her knees facing the bar. If you don't want to use these, go ahead and ignore.

Thanks a lot moonskittles.
I apreciate the help, and I will definetly use as reference.
Even though they are blurry XP
Thanks again.
K, I'm going to sleep, I'm gonna work on the pic tomorrow morning and will post my progress...
Moonskittles said it all
I'll just add that when you get back to your drawing,
pay close attention to how the backbone will behave
and how the shoulders will be affected.
I didnt have quite as much time as I thought I would to work on this.
Had to go to work.
But I went ahead and fixed the legs and slapped on some quick colors.
That reference helped alot.
Don't forget to account for the perspective in this piece. The angle at which we see the bar, stool and figure will be determined by the height of the viewer and the distance the viewer is from the object in question. I touched on that a bit in this post.

Eh, you've removed the first picture? We can't compare any more.
And my comment there now looks like foolish
Pay attention to the length of the legs
(will depend on the point of view, which Havoc-DM explained)
and try to draw the outlines more accurately
(unless you're trying a speed painting technique)
