Hey antoniou, There's something about his forward arm that seems a bit off to me, as if the deltoid is not just a muscle on the arm, but a portion OF the arm that leads into the bicep etc. In reality the bicep heads right up to the trunk of the torso, but here it looks as if it stats about halfway down.

The scale seems off: even accepting the perspective, Indy looks giant, the dino looks tiny.
