www.thisisbroken.com also has a few good ones. Most are only modestly "fail" moments there (many are actually just unfunny grammar nitpicks and such, and some are just pointless), but I think that some of them are pretty amusing. Examples:

I can almost guarantee whoever set up the posters in the "movie poster fail" saw the opportunity and did it on purpose...haha...sounds like something I would have done when I worked at a theater in college. :p

The other two are Eragon and X-men 3. I guess the first one is for Superman Returns. All three movies came out in 2006...well I don't get it either.

Check out the logos for each film, they only have one letter each. For Superman it's S, for Eragon it's E and for X-men it's X. What does that spell out?
