Awesome work! I really like the "texture demo" as it has a lot of different things going on there. You definitely achieved that "demo" aspect to it but also making something cool and surreal out of it. It sort of reminds me of some of Michael Whelan's stuff here and there (and he's one of my biggest influences).

(the last image has no name...

, It resembles apelike features, but as far as a name like "the Cracken" or something that may instill fear, I haven't put any thought to it)

I get alot of compliments on the queen. I suppose I should flush out more designs in that direction. What do you think?

I saw an image of a wild dog with a great coat of hair. From that image I created this Demon. The chest is taken directly from a patch of fur from the reference picture. The rest was made up on the fly. I believe I spent about eight hours on and off. I got reference pictures for the melting cross, chopped them up, and then I tried to mimic the textures and colors I preferred. Is it obvious the demon is melting the crosses merely by touching them? I tried to reinforce the concept by repeating the melting crosses on the background...

This was fun, and great exercise. Best of Luck to all the ConceptArt.org members! Also, the copyright service being offered for free here to battle the orphan works bill is the best news I've ever heard! Thanks ConceptArt.org!!

Please could you reduce the sizes of the first images (600x600)? I would like to see them at full view.

what about dpi?

anyways your work is very cool and detailed, lots to see. I especially like how you handle color. If you ever get a tutorial on coloring done i'd love to check it out.

Nice works, except the size.
Usually a picture shouldnt be wider than 1000 pix
