This is what took 6 hours to finish

I don't know why I made a charcoal tonal drawing of Owen Wilson. I guess I was inspired by his attempted suicide. I'm not a huge Wilson fan but the guy did co write the Royal Tenanbaums and co star in Wedding Crashers.

Jason by seeing your work i think you should go and make a sketchbook and let us see more.
Firstly i have to say that it will be more interesting(and less boring)for you if you start doing anatomy studies(by starting with face). After you throw some facial anatomy studies, then try to remake this one, but with your new improved skills(cause you need to know that every study is adding something and even if you may dont see the result immediately be sure that you improve).
Also try not to work that many hours on a piece.Thats why you are bored doing that.Use drawing to have fun and making studies for now.
    See ya in sketchbooks soon
    We will all be there

(EDIT:I dont mean you are bad in facial anatomy, but think that it always can become better and more interesting )

    Pot, meet kettle.

Jason, please stop making new threads that are really continuations of previous ones. Repost this in your Process/Results discussion thread, and/or in your sketchbook.
