hello, there.

i decided on making a new sketchbook because of 2 simple reasons.

1. i'm finding myself to be really productive nowadays. well, maybe not "really", but i'm trying. hopefully i'll get to do a lunch sketchy during the weekdays.

2. my old sketchbook is full of deadlinks

Hey robinchyo. It's cool to see you posting in new sketchbook.

I saw some of your art long time ago in Finally Finished and I loved vibrant colors in illustration (Just like in this Vyle inspired pic).

I like those life pencil sketches. Very loose and the way you put lines really shows that you're searching for right proportions and ephasize gesture.

I started this yesterday during lunch, but only got to work on it for like 30 mins or so. So I finished it up today. It's hard for me to just "stop". Anyways, time to move on to some new stuff.

Farvus- Thanks, man. Honestly, I'm not really fond of my sketchbook drawings. They're fun to do, but after a while, I just end up going "ew". :p

Wow. You know how to make original dynamic composition in your paintings (I mean the last update) . "Small vs big" painting is really cool too.

Today's speedy is quick and sloppy. I got kind of bored with it rather quickly and the 3d models that I used as a base became more of a burden than anything.



DanielC- I might reuse the character and make a more dynamic illo with him. But as for the image itself, it's done.

oalexis, yeah i was thinking about doing that, but i didnt want him to block up the entrance too much. so i just made it so that he was only sort of getting in the way of the light. :-)

Hey, Robin. I've been through your book before but never got the chance to leave a note. Really enjoyed your speedies, especially the last batch. The very last one is my favorite. Very Blade Runner-esque. WHich is pure awesome in my book. Keep it coming, keep the inipiration alive.
