Hey Buzz, im not a master by any stretch of the imagination, but i'll offer some crits anyways ;-)

Firstly, its good that you have a goal, it will help immensely to motivate and organize your time and study, keep it in your mind, or write it on a post it and stick it to the top of your monitor...

Secondly, your concepts and eye for form are already quite established for a beginner and as such you should try to push yourself with every piece, try to learn something from each image and apply that knowledge to the next...

Thirdly, Your actual line making is quite light at the mo, this could be a result of your scanner/camera but you should build your confidence and not treasure every sheet like its the last. I'd suggest try to use a bic ballpoint pen or a brush and some ink.. this will encourage you to think of your marks before you make them and it will also help you make marks that show confidence and form.

Fourthly, <-- is that even a word... ummm.. keep posting ;-)

i get the feeling that your caught up in details (all those little folds) a bit, i would recommend doing some small thumbs to get the basic form down.

thanks for visiting my sb man!...I see you're drawing a lot...you're on the perfect tracks if you're only 13... I wish I found concept art at your age...if you kep doing what you are doing you'll improve very fast...you just have to do it enough that you start focusing on specific aspects of art... such as line, value, color, composition, concept, environments, anatomy....you'll naturally study these things if you keep mass-producing drawings...and if you can't find anything to draw, just copy an artists' work who you really like and analyze why your drawing desn't look exactly like it and then try to make it look like it...don't worry about messing up your drawings..just plunge into it....good luck man!! Ill keep an eye on your sketch book!

Your skill is phenomenal for your age! I think it would be nice to see some darker areas to increase contrast. Try to create some whole compositions background included before your year is up. Do a LOT from life. Draw your relatives and your own hands, feet, flowers outside, pets, local buildings (for perspective). Experiement with color.

Saurus: thank you ! il start with my own concepts but i need help when i start drawing from my head all i get is some gay drawing. Michelangelo is my fav artist then theres Gian Lorenzo Bernini. im working on anatomy right now and perspective.

Most of us feel that way! I had a talk with a artist friend recently. She told me how that she always hates her work too. I'm ashamed of most of my stuff and most people don't even know I can draw. Knowing that has made me want to work on getting over that fear. There's a book about it you might check out:
Art & Fear Observations On the Perils (and Rewards) of Artmaking by David Bayles

You might try visiting an art museum. Notice the "finished" quality of the work there. I meant that you could not only draw an object but draw the environment your object is in. The shoe could be sitting by a locker door. A hand could be holding a pencil and resting on a notebook on a desk. A figure could be sitting in anywhere from a coffee shop to in a chair in a corner.

My idea for a future car of some kind. My main problem was getting it to look crisp and well painted. Obliviously I failed. Anyone think different brushes would work better to define the material of the cushions. Lastly I will be trying to make a 3d image model of it using maya and mudbox. Any help would be useful and effective.

I don't think you should be worried about brushes right now, focus on the fundamentals first, try to study some perspective and then apply to your car for example, mixing studies with stuff from your imagination.

I've been studying Scott Robertson's design ideas. I've been sketching and got tons of pencil sketches.(It would take way to long right now to scan into the computer but soon I will.)
