Awesome man but the last perspective shot looks kind of flat, I think you exaggerated it to the point where the forms don't hold in 3d anymore hahah. However that might be what you're aiming for so I have no idea, heh. Keep it up bro.

btw i hope you can "feel" this perspective better now

Morgado here is example of perspective i was talking about(btw i found on this forums same thing. check this link http://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=132023)

here is print screen of it

i use line tool(shortcut U) set to 1px and just draw(cool thing is that you can draw on "gray" area outside of image.

    Ok, back to nikeman v.03

    Thanks

Wilkerson nothing is 3d, i explained method how you can create perspective in 2d, when you finished with line tool(when you draw with line tool he automaticly create path) then go to path window, right click on it and choose option fill path with foreground color(make sure that you create new layer because once you fill path with foreground color he will do that on selected layer)
After that you just follow those lines or better select wanted area and create mask
Hope this helps, and if you didn't understand feel free to ask

Very cool composition on that last one. The only thing breaking it in my opinion is the far leg. Can't put my finger on why exactly though.

About the perspective setup: I already knew that trick. In fact you can even be more precise if u cross 2 guides where the vanishing point is, and snap the lines on the intersection.
I only thought that image was 3d, not because of the perspective but because of the clean rendering

hey, thanks! checking out your book too, cool stuff. those pieces with the hyper foreshortening are crazy

as far as nudes advice, the thing I'd say is to mind your brush size and strokes. Some areas look choppy where they could have more simplified and larger strokes. Try using the small detail strokes only where necessary in the final stages. Looking at the progression on page 3, there are some areas working better in the middle step than the last step. Also watch those harsh choppy edges. Think of simplified shape, elegant strokes, and gentle warm transitions I like how you're playing with the color too!
