Who was the idiot that voted you 4 stars, this shit is great. 5 stars. I'll take a look at those tutorials since I really need them. Fantastic composition.
lennon: I don't know... you look at some of the early stuff and you could easily justify a 1-star.Thanks man, much appreciated.
Another little character done during class:

I really dig your sketchbook and the creativity involved with your characters/creatures. looking forward to seeing more!![]()
awesome colours! keep on posting!
Haha, hilarious I stumble upon this after having watched your speed painting video the other day. Didn't know you posted on here.
Your work and lighting is so good it actually pisses me off. Congratulations....and I hope to study it since you're one of my favorite artists due to your lighting. Reminds me of Bierstadt, Rembrandt, other Baroque artists, etc... I think you actually mentioned Bierstadt in your video. Wish I wasn't such a beginner haha. Well this SB has certainly inspired me to start working hard so I can get into an art/design school someday, heh. I need to learn more fundamentals! And you should post more painting videos on YouTube! Back to 5-stars for you!

Odayga: Thanks.I had a really good time with those creatures/characters and hope I can find some time to do more.
surus: Thanks! Color is so much fun.
Deadlyhazard: Thanks so much.Lighting really is one of my favorite parts about making art. I'm glad to hear that shows through.
Parsakoira: Lots of practice and screwing around. Digital is a fantastic medium to screw around and try crazy color combinations.

Fetsch: Thanks! The oil landscapes are a lot of fun... I'd love to find a way to transition my professional work into traditional media like this. We'll see.
Odayga: Oils are, far and above, my favorite medium. Nothing else feels, smells, or looks quite like 'em.
kevinwueste: Thanks! I'm at VCU right now, but am about ready to graduate.
This ain't a sketch, but instead one of the professional jobs I've done lately (can't say which client's it's for):
