Hey, I've skimmed through your sketchbook. And I have to say, I don't agree with those who've said you've made no progress, I see big differences in many areas. It's also great to see that you mostly do studies at the moment.
I'm curious as to how much you draw from imagination vs life. I find that if I have trouble conveying something(A body part, a particular perspective...) it helps to just buckle down and draw from life, a lot. And doing it until it just flows onto the paper. How have you been drawing?
Okay - I took some time and looked through a few pages.
1) Focus on one area. You've got animation, weapons studies, full figures, hands and feet. That's a damn full plate when one is where you're at. Too much actually - you're never going to get it all if you take the whole damn spectrum of arts. As Thanos said - stop. take a step back. breathe.
2) I'd stop with hands for now. They're difficult to draw and will only serve to discourage you.
3) Work on your anatomy studies. You definitely need to study anatomy more (again, check out sheppard and bridgman.) I'm glad to see you stopped with the shapes though - they were becoming a hinderance. You need to know the underlying structure - not just shapes.
4) Apply what you're learning. I'm seeing some damn good advice in this thread. Your shading technique, as another user said - is sloppy. That's hurting your work more than you realize. Honestly, with how little is done art some parts, it's questionable whether you enjoy it or not. There's more than one shading technique - if blending subtle tones isn't your thing - go with Cell shading, go with high contrast, go with a two-tone, go with gray scale with separated values. All legit and useful options.
5) I'll say it again - apply what you're learning. That's critical to your success - unless you don't care. With the amount of work you've put in, I find it hard to believe you aren't somewhat invested in learning to draw. But you need to clean up your shading technique, and you need to start building people structurally - not with circles and squares, but with anatomy - the actual muscular structures.
6) Look up references. Look up bodybuilders, look up average joes, look at models - you *need* anatomy at this point and I don't think you have it.

Instead of drawing building blocks from your imagination, nip down to the toy shop and buy some. Next, spend a lot of time observing them, the way the shadows falls etc. Take your time with your drawing - this isn't a race to see who churns out the most in the shortest time. Think and you may learn a lot quicker. Just stay with the blocks and make them perfect before moving on,; otherwise you're doing yourself no favours.
