Looking at your stuff it seems that you have the opposite problem I have: I do too much studies and few original concepts; you do too much conceptual stuff and not enough studies. You should spend more time building strong drawing foundations.
Besides the anatomy studies, also do value studies, studies from the old masters, still-lifes, gesture drawings (gesture is as important as anatomy itself, if not more), etc. It will pay of in your conceptual work.

Thanks for checking out my section. Hey looks like you have some stuff going on. Keep at it. The only thoughts I have right now is you should draw as much from life at the moment. You have some raw skill just push them. Drawing shape like you are doing is a great exercise also. The body along with everything is just made of shapes. Do some loose fast gesture drawings also. Just have fun and later.

Nice work you've got going here. For your shading you should consider crosshatching instead of just laying down a bunch of lines. You'll get a lot more out of it. Keep practicing your anatomy and loosen up a bit. The hard work is gonna pay off

You are definitely not the only one who has heard about Corel Photo PaintI did worked a lot in it earlier, but now I am using it for cropping resizing or quick editing some images, cause it is much less memory consumpting than Photoshop.
I do not know what advice should I say that is not already been told here. You have a nice SB and I like to see improvements and mostly like about you that you are so persistent which will lead you definitely to the right road. Keep on posting...

ooo! there has been a great improvment in your sb. Those loomis studies are looking good, keep doing that!
You dont look that confident in your lines (i have a cheek, cause my lines suck). A good way to gain confidence with line is to draw in pen, and try drawing an object without taking the pen off the paper. Its impossible at first to get it right, but trust me, you will be training your brain and you WILL notice a difference.
