    Love the fluid line work.

These are my first attempts at ever drawing portraits from real life pictures, done during my lunch break today. XD They went alright, but hopefully next update I will have something a bit more dynamic for you guys

3 minute anatomy sketches, also. I'll do some hour or so anatomy pictures tomorrow on my day off. =)

Very nice stuff! I love the two full-figure drawings and your lines are beautiful!
I would like to see that guy with the chain-weapon with finished feet, though

Thank you so much for all of the support and encouragement, guys. CA has been such a nice change of pace from DA, and I look forward to posting mroe stuff here as I progress.

Though I'd put this up since I have it lying about in photobucket. Detail shot of the face at actual painting size.

Hopefully will have some environment paintings and more anatomy work done tomorrow once I get Vista to submit to my will and accept my scanner drivers.

Love the cave pic, and the last pencil drawings are cool - very delicate, but sure looking linework. minimal effort to describe the forms. Nicely done.

Thankya. I've been playing around with different sketching methods, and I found that one to be the fastest for when I'm trying to get things down quickly.

quite nice, the stuff you have here. I like the first one the most though, as the colours are more dynamic, and the lack of that is what is killing that other woman a bit. Also, the proportions are a bit of, so you might wanna consider trying to flip the canvas from time to time to have a look from a different perspective

Yeah, I think I need to scrap the red woman entirely and start her over. XD Do something more dynamic.

Darkenuf: Haha, thanks! Anatomy is something I've always needed more work on, so I've been doing lots of that lately.

Aaaand now here's more of it. Trying some quick (4-5 minute) full body poses.

I'm going to attempt one of those 100-theme challenge things. First theme is "Introduction".

Just sort of going with whatever pops into my head first, since I need to get better at conveying the images that are in my head rather than dumbing them down into something easier to draw.

Thumbnail sketch for the idea, mostly just to get the colors/atmosphere down.

WIPs from this week. School has been ridiculously busy, leaving me very little time. =( Still, drawing as much as I can!

Working on trying to keep things loose with these 30 minute portrait sketches. I tend to over render way too early, so this is just an exercise to help me stop that. XD

Just boring eye practices. Trying varying levels of line weights
