try to drow some robot.
Nice start!
The machine parts in the latter are looking good, but I still like the first image better.
Both still need some sharp lines though. They seem a bit fuzzy.
Keep posting!

Love your skills with lighting your pieces, really brings them to life. Some of your bodies (the main part of the body/chest area) seem a little squat like the person is slouching forward, but other then that I feel I have nothing negative to say is a really nice sketchbook!
Gail Blitzy, thank you very much!
some one can teach how to make the background with some texture? my background seem very flat. hmm....

The sharper lines in your latest paintings really make a difference.
Looks a lot better than the first version of the robot guy further up in the thread
You really took that one to another level by just adding some detail and clear lines btw. Good job!
I like those watercoloured sketchbook drawings. They're looking nice.
Don't really wanna comment on anatomy because i myself have yet to learn it
As for your skintone studies. I'd go easy on the pure white highlights.
Maybe try to do some slight colour variation. They look a bit monotonous.
Less saturated color for shadows for example and warm colors for the light.
Which depends on the lightsources of course. Just try it out
Maybe check out this link. It was pretty helpful to me

Post #5 made me LOL. Something about a smoking robot just really made me laugh.![]()
"This planet has - or rather had - a problem, which was this: most of the people on it were unhappy for pretty much of the time. Many solutions were suggested for this problem, but most of these were largely concerned with the movements of small green pieces of paper, which is odd because on the whole it wasn't the small green pieces of paper that were unhappy." -Douglas Adams
