    Hey!
There's a lot of work on the proportions. Keep practicing!
Did you draw from reference those hand-muscles?
Try using simple shapes when drawing the body. Ovals would be good.
    I'm not that good myself.

I'm with @mocopoco, just keep practicing. To start with, it's also helpful to copy from magazines until you're familiar with the human anatomy (it's not that boring, instead of practicing studies from an anatomy book) Just post here when you get a chance so we may track your progress. That's the only way for us to see other members improvements. good job on your first couple of works posted. keep it up.

Really, anatomy books are good for more toning studies, of how do the shapes really look like.
But really, the best results come from alive figures.
At first, dont play too much with perspective, get most of the basics down.

Judging from that hand (muscle study) you are getting familliar with anatomy -now the next step is applying that knowledge to drawings from mind. Break the body up in simple shapes (an oval for the ribcage and so on) and use them to construct the figure.
And scribble less. If you use so many small lines to build one big, fat one your drawings will keep looking kinda messy and unfinished.
    Keep posting!

Thank you for the critics, I'll keep working hard and keep updating this tread.

@mocopoco: yes, I used a picture from google as reference.
@lanotdesign: I have had anatomy in class, and I'm still practicing that next to doing drawing assignments I found on this forum.
@Heyriel: I still want to get more familiar with muscle study now, until I don't need most references anymore to draw these. Do you mean I should use more fluent lines instead of this sketching?

    Nice anatomy studies!

I would consider doing some studies on just the outlines (no lines inside, just the outer lines that form the shape) of objects, noting both the positive and negative space. That should help you get better with figuring out the shape. After that, I would go into form (shapes+value/3D object).
