Dude nice work on the tiger piece. Like how you said 'eternal wip' =)

More great work mate!!!!
For stuff that looks great right now, these studies were very good and I liked these thumbnails... they're very clear.
Also your pit & pendulum concept... bringing it into the video-game age from Edgar Allen Poe was very interesting.
And on the latest one... the knight ... overall the shapes and pose and rendering are very very good!!
Have a look at the two lower legs... it seems his lower left leg is shorter than his lower right.
(The ankles seem OK in comparison... at first I thought one was too thick. But it isn't; because we're seeing the right ankle from the front... and his leg is skinny side to side... but thicker front-to back.)
This is exactly how to keep up mate!! Post 10 times before psage posts once

Thanks for the paintover mate, it was really helpful, especially the comments on edges. All the other explainations and crits were really useful too, I appreciate you taking the time. No problem with you using it here either, and I'm gonna put aside a weekend to go through your sketchbook properly, I guess there's tons of stuff to learn here. Have a good week.
You're already able to work like that, in my eyes. I think you're just as good as Levy in working with the unified whole of a painting, looking at it as one organic image, one composition. The one place where he has you is that he's able to pinpoint some details (or the illusion of it) at places to provide areas of focus that you do not. At least, not yet. Also, he tends to keep the soft focus to a bare minimum, which you usually use heavily. The sharpness helps the 3d designers better understand what's going on with the design.
Have you seen Nicolas Ferrand's work? Have a look at these:

Biomecha_wolf-Kabbb thnx man!!! Let both keep pushing !!!
ccsears-Chris you are a big inspiration for me, thanks for encouraging and visiting.
Kungfoowiz-Edward that would be great mate, at least i will not be so lost ahhaahha. They say it will be done in london so i guess we will meet in the airport or something.
Ok i uploaded mostly to answer the comments hehehe
Anyway what i want to say is, that there is a reason why i do random akward subjects or stuff like that sometimes. One of the points is that i break my brain from thinking about a subject and focus on forms and i am crazy to think that every kind of form could be beautiful when treated right.
Lets both keep up mates, thnx for supporting!!!!

Oh man....there is another CA workshop coming up? In May, huh...I might be able to do that. Good luck man, awesome.
Work is looking excellent as usual, the color and light are delicious.
OK here we go! You know me, I always like to have a goal in mind, so I suggest one of these two subjects for our collab:
- Kung Fu Master battling Western Gunfighter...trying to combine dynamic action, body language, costume design
OR
- some kind of cockpit design (could be for a plane, a train, an automobile, just any small mechanical interior)
I think either of these would be great practice for either subject matter or technique. Why don't you take the first stab.
Of course if you have another idea for a subject, I'm game for that as well
If you want to start with thumbnails I think that would be great. Unfortunately I will be out of touch this weekend since
I will be moving stuff into my apartment and I don't even have internet out there yetBut I can work on it tomorrow
(Tuesday), Wednesday, and Thursday and if we still want to keep going we can pick up again next week.
Stay awesome!

Oh hell yes man, you are working like a maniac.
Inbetween drawing/sleeping/eating though I'd highly advice to do some sports and physical activities if you aren't already to balance the drawing hours.
Keep it up mate, your dedication is inspiring.

lionheartGFX-Thank you very much mate, when i stabilize the knowledge i will try to offer some more tips on these stuff
Matt-Radway-Thank you mate!!Glad you like them
Aragah-Thankieees mat e. Nahh keep up and keep going to the fundamentals.
Kungfoowiz-Thank you edward!!! i did this as a part of horses study
BludHund-Awesome mate !!! Ok that has a great amount of challenge. Lets start with the first one relaxed and push it as much as we want. Do your works, i will work tommorow on some thumbnails and we will keep going from there. I am sure every obstacle will give us more knowledge in the end.
Rotor-ahahah mate thanks very much!!! Man you are right, after army its like i threw my body on a chair sitting all day long. What i will do is this. For some more time till i stabilize some things i am currently searching technique-wise i am gonna continue the hardcore, after that i will relax[although i have to be a lot better till may] Thanks for reminding, thats really important.
Ok here some quick stuffs playing and experimenting. Sorry for the rough random stuff, but just bear with me for some morei am finding things everyday and when i understand them more, i will be able to offer more help to the community.
Hey i forgot to say that in indiedb they are having a voting on indie games. I am there with mountainwheelgames and dead man zand, if you want check it out and vote if you like, we are doing very good progress lately and we have to update the indiedb page some more ahahah.

crazy good work you are pushing out! this sb is pretty long already but hope you keep it going!
kevin_-Thank you very much kevin!!!I will keep up
Ok today i didnt work on a lot of stuff but i was putting effort on the colab i am gonna do with blud.
A battle scene of 2 is a challenge. We have 2 key objects to illustrate and not side by side, but fighting. So a side view would bring them to equal levels but would be less dynamic, flat. Also the subject matter is something i am entirely not familiar with, so my visual library couldnt find related mind images. I googled to find some references to get some info.I spent most of the time playing with design. While i found some interesting things about composition, as usual more knowledge brings more questions, so i have to solve more things. One sure thing is that drawing is really important. Anyway these for now and i would like to try some more. Its an interesting challenge![]()

Kostas you're such an inspiration! I love you how you put so much energy into sharing what you know and learn and you still keep an open attitude about learning more. We're all students in this never-ending journey of art! This kind of sharing is just the spirit I enjoy seeing so much on this site and in your sketchbook in particular. As for all the feedback that's been given so far regarding to your work I feel I have nothing to add..
Well, there is something. I would very much like you to push an illustration through all the phases that you go through, and further. It would be fun to see how you finish a piece. You're so good at sketching out ideas and exploring concepts from every imaginable angle that the early process is piece of cake for you, though taking something further could be a challenge!
Hope to see you in the UK for the workshop, would be awesome to meet up! oh and, by the beginning of next year I'll be back on board. Let's turn this site into the place we want it to bekeep it up mate.
your figures look so nice, they have much life in them, and they are fluid. also, you have a good sense for perspective also
