another overdue update (updated june 14th)

I haven't updated the last thread in so long I feel its time to start a new one.

These are a collection of sketches and paints from the last couple months.

I hope to update this frequently, and work towards a stronger understanding of deep space, volume, atmosphere and light in the new sketches Ill be posting.

feel free to chime in with questions suggestions and critiques, Ill try to answer questions as I update.

beautiful artwork here mate. I love your fluent lines and colours. Your environment studies look great as well.

Some figures have some wonky proportions so work on that. I would love to see some more polished pieces as well.

    Killer work though, truly.

    Cheers

This looks really good! I really like your style of colouring, and I adore the piece with the girl under the umbrella. I'd agree with buckster that occasionally the proportions of the figures are slightly off, but your work still looks really great!

Love the lighting and colours but occasionally the proportions look a little odd. That might just be an intentional choice though. Keep at it man.

Nice works dude, could you post a little process pic? I'm curious if you go straight into your color pieces with solid strokes or if its an evolving process? either way keep it up :-)
