Heya, thanks for popping by my sb- im an irregular updater, haha, that has to change soon

Great job on yer chara commission... i can see the development across the board with your studies, id like to see you develop further the imagination piece, think it has good potential =)

2kre8-Thanks will keep it up so much out there to learn

Krato-yeah will try fix that up. But how I got the job was I applied on the job listing on Deviant art, was givin a test and stayed up all night to render out a character haha. Getting paid 40 bucks every character though its pretty fun so far. Just apply on all the job listing forums man you can deffinatly find some work.

    Icecold-thanks icecold!

Flameseeker-O yeah man its a challenge so hard getting it to look even remotly right. The colors are all wacky though im not color picking trying to learn his colors. Should check more if my colors are sorta close. the publics gona be fun to paint haha

Aberzheim-thx will keep up the studies and the imagination stuff. Need to study more my characters are still really cheezy

Cerasela-thanks for the kind words, yeah latley been trying to post every where that has an art forum just to get more feed back

kingkostas-will do! been killin it in your sketchbook man always inspiring

OmertA: Thanks for your comment in my sketchbook. You have some cool stuff here, and I definitely see a huge improvement in your work. So good job, I like what your doing with the balance of working from imagination as well as studies. I am not sure how many studies you do, but I think I see more imaginative work then studies, this is good. Although, I suggest doing as much studies as possible, particularly in your weaker areas. Maybe some more anatomy studies?

Noticed you had a bike too, very cool, I skateboard. Fun times! Can you do any crazy tricks?

awesome work on that knight dude jamie. though you may not be satisfied with the armor rendering, it looks great as it is! keep practicing and you'll make it even better the next time :3 try some life studies of metallic/chrome objects. one thing i noticed about that character is just his hand that's wielding the sword looks a bit off

    keep it up dude!

EDIT: whoa whoa whoa buddy, I just remembered you were in the 505 too HAHAHA. Whoa, where in NM??

jesus fuck you work hard. you must be an art student. i noticed you like to draw your eyes real far apart. which is cool if it's a stylistic thing. but sometimes it's subtle which makes me think it was unintentional

JustinBeckett-yeah need to get back into my anatomy and figure studies been slacking. But yeah I like to ride bmx its fun haha will keep an eye out for your updates

Morten-hands they kill me >< need to study more. thanks for the Daarken video link some very helpful stuff

Lyno-its fun fersher, guess its not my first commision should say its my first payed commision over the internet ive got haha. Hope I see some improvement doing these characters its gona be a great journey

Turbosnail-thx dude though it still looks horrible to me

    GweNdZ-Thank you Gwendz

AustenFM-yeah thanks man its an awsome oppurtunity to finally put my studies to the test

    jaredsalmond-will keep at it

teapo-haha yeah so much stuffs wonky with that character need to focus more on what im doing. I live in Rio Rancho though what about you? and will do more still life studies of metal objects

Malakuko-eh kinda the same method, for my studies I dive stright into color unfortuntly I have alot of trouble doing that with the stuff from my imagination. I normally go gray scale first then lay colors on top want to change that though cause it takes along time

    LAL-thanks

the_original_sean-yeah fuckin eyes man haha there hard to get right need to do more portrait and face studies. But na im not an art student I would be at ringling right now if I wasnt poor. But no worrys just have to work twice as hard as the students over there. As of know im a student of the Crimson Daggers!

Jasper_-thanks, still not pleased with that character I know I can do better will keep pushing it though.

Mike Butkus- caught me in the middle of posting haha but thanks alot Mike always killing it in your sketchbook

Lol did you watch the things on Youtube.com about him? lol I did last week and that phrase is a pretty good one. Anyway your stuff is really awesome. As a beginner I think that your level of character design is something I want to shoot for.

gratz on the card job, best of luck. About your latest character, berhaps the legs are abit long compared to the upper body. And you could define the shadows on the ground a bit more, to help ground him.
