The first pages are from about this time last year, and then there's recent stuff, from december 'till now.

Thanks Dannelf, yeah, anatomy studies do give results.

Here's a batch from yesterday and today, the ballpoint sketches were from today, at school, boring classes.

Some stuff from this weekend, haven't had much time for drawing really. I'm aware of the really short arms on the first dude in the second picture. Any critique would be great (I realize there's not many pictures to critique, but general critique would be great ). Enjoy, if possible, haha.

    Thanks for looking.

Some stuff from today / yesterday, the first picture is an attempt at making a fancy frontpage. Eh... The arm that is semishaded on the helmetwearing dude looks detached, as if it was attached to the body too high up on his side. And the deltoid of the top figure is just fucked up.

Gotta do some more lifes-studies and anatomy ...

Gotta disappoint ya'll (whoever might be watching this thread) that there are no studies ... or life drawings. But, there is a characterthing I drew yesterday, and a couple of pages from today, after having looked through my Wes and DanielC folders. The last one is as you probably can see, not finished yet. I'm a bit annoyed by having sketched that far out on the side, the left leg (his right) is a few millimetres off the page.

    Crits are highly encouraged.

    Some nice work here.
"All non-reffed (except for the loomis stuff, obviously)" unless your an anatomy master, use reference when possible.

For a 15year old your pretty damn good, so keep at it, study life, photos etc when you can't think of anything to draw... and have FUN.

    great updates!
you're pretty critic about your own work, thats a good thing. maybe try to change the things you dislike, and then post them here. also find your weak parts in the anatomy and write them down. make studies from them. I fully agree with SEVANS, you're pretty damn good

Haven't been drawing much lately, school and freetime activities taking up much of my time.

Sevans: Yeah, I use reference too little, and I guess my anatomy lacks quite a bit because of it, I'll try to get into a habit of using reference more. And thanks!

Frank: Thanks, that seems like a good idea.

    Salacuis: Thanks!

Here is some stuff from this week, been doing some pencil stuff as well, but haven't made anything worth showing (and considering my standars for what is worth showing, that is not good ). Theres a grayscale head with color overlay variations, and a digital sketch.

    Thanks Aifolx!

Having had a day off from school I've been doing digital stuff mainly, so here is todays stuff that I figured was decent enough to show.

The brushtest painting, is well, a brushtest and not intended as a very serious environment. The brushes are the creation of m@., and they work wonders (in the right hands, of course(I'm not saying I have the right hands, haha)).
Number 2 is an attempt at painting a sketch, and it's currently in progress, as you probably can tell.

Some stuff from today, and a couple of days old sketches.

#1 Progress on the WIP, huzzah!
#2 Sketch from today, took far too long considering it's complexity.
#3+4+5 Random sketches, with 2 reffed faces (improvement!) on the top.
#6 Marker sketch from today, gotta say the dude in the top left is the one of them I'm the most happy with.

Jeg kan allerede si at mye av dette ser meget lovende ut!
Liker spesielt godt ansiktene dine.

Here's some random doodles from the last couple of days, haven't been able to draw much due to exams, and shouldn't really be doing this now due to an exam tomorrow, but anyway!

i like what i'm seeing here, you've got some sweet character concepts going on so far. i like the sketchiness of your pencils. i'd suggest doing more anatomy studies, and life drawing. in your paintings try pushing the values more to help give more depth and contrast, try to get thevalues to go along w/ how the form is. other than that just keep it up, you're definitely on the right track.

    Thanks for the tips, Thesadpencil.

I haven't updated in quite some time, hehe. Just got home from a couple of
weeks on Crete, actually managed to do quite a bit of drawing there. But
school's about to start again and I better start updating regularly, so I'll
start off with a drawing from life (omg!) which sucks. Then there are studies
from the last two days, and then there's older stuff.

    Feel free to crit!

So, today hasn't been too productive but at least I managed to do a bit of
colour! So these are my first 2 serious attempts at colour. The other colour
stuff here has been put together in 5 minutes maximum. And then there's a
    SB page.

Would love crits on the colour stuff!

Cheers, Bullsey, actually, I'm 16, thanks a lot for the compliments!

So here are 2 (quite sloppy) color studies from today, the first one is reffed from here and is sort of color picked (bad bad) and then a study of my desk, wherein the colors are probably quite inaccurate. As long as it helps me get better at coloring! Both are done in Open Canvas.
