Weekend is over and I'm back home.
Muse didn't like me very much today though. But let's see where this piece is heading.
I wonder, why I don't get much sleep those days *taking a look at my watch*![]()

One step further...
Let`s make something Frazetta-like...
Ah, I love the Frazetta-style piece with the Vikingesque warrior! I can't wait to see it finished already!
Thanks, Brandon :-)
Haven't been doing a lot at the weekend since I got ill a little bit. But now it was time to flesh out a little something...
Next update of the frazetta-Dude (Yeah, unrealistic armor for the win!)
I know... it`s no big progress. But as I wanted to show some of my stuff more frequently I thought I should post this ;-)
Have you already been bored by that same old plane brown "hill"? I took a littlebit care of it now ;-)
The not so daily daily-update:
I think I'm finished now. And here`s the fun thing about it:
The whole Painting is just a silly joke concerning "epic battle dude", a mobile game I did all the graphics for - the game itself is completely cartoony and funny. I just had the idea to bring the battledude into a frazetta like brutal form. And... here it is. You´re watching it right now. ;-)
Did't post anything for the last weeks. So it's time to finally do so...
Sooo.... here's some sunday morning doodle:
Here's a inked version of the elve.
I'm curious how other artists would colorize it. So I'm asking YOU out there to take this picture and give it a try if you want to.
Of course I want to see the result. So please feel free to post your version on my profile page :-)
Finaly! CA is working again...
Vacation was over and there wasn´t much to do at the first morning at work. So I had time to do the first little sketch.
And last night I had to find something to become tired and beeing able to fall asleep quickly...that's how the seccond pic emerged.
I really like that last concept, very subtle and very Pan's Labyrinth. I'd love to see more like that from you!
Hey, last concept is really outstanding! Love it. Is it rendered already?
Thanks, clockworklives and classmate
It was some kind of experiment in a way...usually I do stuff like that just with a pencil. In this case I wanted to try out if I could do it with colours (it`s a combination of watercolours and polychromos). There's still room for improvement but it came out better than I apprehended. ;-)
Oh nice! I really like to see traditional mediums in action. To be honest, your combination of watercolours and polychromos is superb! Well done and hope I'll see more of those combinations soonHave you considered for example to make a creature only with watercolor and gouache?
Your pencil work is really good! And nice concepts too.It would be nice to see some more fully rendered digital paintings from you.
Thanks for the positive comments :-)
Nothing big to show today... but here's a birthdaycard I did for a friend of mine.
I just felt like drawing mutants...
I´m back from a weekend of Pen n paper (DSA/The dark eye).
And I've found out what happens if two paranoid dwarfs think, that a dragon is sitting ontop of a tree.
Evolution continues ;-)
Let's bring in some colour!
Mutants - we all (secretly) love them, don't we?
Search deep in your heart...
:-P
I was a littlebit bored at work this week (still hadn't much to do) so I had time to do this skribble. As I had quiet a lot of fun with the battledude painting I decided to do also a serious version of the happy vikings ;-)
Long time no post... and jet I´ve got to show just this small doodle...
Yeah, I know, I know, I´m lack of showing stuff here (But I've got a good reason)
anyway...here's a little something...
