Oooooh, pretty mountains! Really nice brush variation and value distribution. Chow looks good, too. The bodice looks like it was done with pastels. Really neat. !
And yeah, Planet Earth... good stuff.

there's some great stuff around here. you have a good balance of study vs experimentation, which is good.

definitely going to keep an eye on you. when are you coming to sf?

staticpen -I completely agree, Planet Earth and similar educational movies are awesome (for art studies) =)
Mischeviouslittleelf - Thank you very much! =) although I don't feel like I'm improving that much xD
Icon - Thank you and yes, I'm still planning to attend AAU (unless some financial or other problem prevents me from doing so).
sourgasm - Thanks! I'm actually already near SF xD I live about an hour away

Past time to update my sketchbook...

Hogarth head studies and some people from my class/bus (except for the guy, he's from a figure drawing session some time ago).

And my crappy art for the team chow activity.... if you're interested in seeing the process, it's here.

Hogarth is nutzzz. Chows turned out well. I like the first better for its temperature contrasts, but I know how rushed the second one was.

And yeah, life drawing! More more more. :d

Dang, that first team chow piece is sick. Great face and lovely colors! Draw real heads on the bus, I think you've graduated from copying the Hogarths!

Very interesting stuff here, I really like it. I really love the colors and shapes you use in your paintings. Figure drawings aren't bad either, just keep em coming : ]
