Talking Some new artwork at last!!

Hey folks it's been a while! These are some pieces I've done lately. A knight, a cyclops (with his head is stuck on his chest), some lizard man (like the ones that supposedly rule the Earth secretly hehe) and a WoW inspired pic. I'm not a WoW fan or player so this design might not be accurate. All done on my spare time for my portfolio. I hope you guys like them.

I think the posing and drawing on the first illustration is stiff.....scratch that, 3 out of 4 are stiff. The lizard man while generic is really well done and cool. Thats not to say you lack skill or talent. Its apparent that you can definetly render form and like working with color but your drawing needs work. Take some figure drawing classes and hammer out your issues with foreshortening, anatomy and posing and your work will improve tenfold.

Yeah I'm guilty of picture stiffness. Usually when I draw my concern is how a character looks and not what is doing, hence the stiffness. I think I'm going to solve that by making various pictures of the same subject. About the anatomy, just in case, the elongated torso on the lizard and the green dude are on purpose. I'll definitely will work a little more on some anatomy issues on this pictures now that you mention it. It's hard being your own teacher and critic after all.

More comments are more than welcome. It's my only way to keep doing better. Tx!

Hey, I can easily spot errors in other peoples work but it doesnt mean I am not guilty of the same issue. My work is also stiff.
