Playing with perspective:




Is either of these effective? Of course, all thoughts are welcome-not just crits regarding perspective.

A ground plane would be good, then we have something to judge it against.
Personally I think the rear leg is to short (not perspective) and I think you could use a harder brush for your edges, your 'metal' looks very organic.
Just some initial thoughts
