Fun stuff, love the expression on the boy's face and how the cow looks zen .
Just the grass in the mouth of the cow which looks more like a cat moustache.

i think its realy sweet, though the cow and thee BG seems just a tad more realistic rendered then the boy.

The freshness of the scene is nice, but it doesn't seem appropriate that the shading on the cow is solid black...

I agree with spotfrog. I think if you brought some bounced light from the ground it would help the cow look less flat. But dont get me wrong. I think its an awesome piece.

    Small Tweaks

Cute! Really like the style and anatomy of the characters.

I wouldn't mind seeing a little big of architecture down below on the horizon, just to give a little better of idea how high in the sky they are.

I'd also like to see the tub that is underneath the saddle to look like it's attached to the saddle a little more distinctly. Kinda looks like it's attached to the boy right now.

That rear horn is *almost* causing a tangent, but I can overlook that. Just think about it in future illlustrations.

But great clothing rendering, great subtle textures, and good color use!

it is pretty good if you just used a mouse instead of a wacom.
but I have to say, the cow's shady parts are way too dark for a bright sunny day. there must be some bouncing light from the ground and an ambient light from the sky. If you were trying to make it a high contrast picture, then you should paint the shadows on the milkboy darker, and the background with sharper colors.

    overall really good work.

    Best poll ever.

Looks nice though. Reminds me of Disney in a way. The piece of land in the lower left corner could use some more attention I guess. But that's just looking for something to whine about.

Sweet artwork, I like it, it would be even better if you pay a bit more attention on the cow's shades, maybe it is to dark than the overall image and it can take more reflection from the ground.
