Wow, that Tenochtitlan piece is incredible. I like the animal studies as well, nice feel to them.

Hey Zauselbart ^^ Vielen dank für das overpaint!
You corrected the face from being somehow molten to a nice pretty face. Thanks for that! I certainly do see my errors now.
And hey! Your sketchbook is totally awesome, it's nice to see someone improve that quickly. There isn't anything I could give you advice on right now other than keep going!

Hey man! It's okay to be slow. Once you've 'got it', then you can worry about time. Some people are naturally gifted at being quick. I spend 4 hours on tiny sketches sometimes, but it's okay as long as your learning and something came out of it. Your digitals are looking fantastic and I like your use of brushes. I really love that little tv set and sofa illustration. It's got adorable colours and a homely feel. My favourite!![]()
Mucho nice studies! Good progress from the earlier pages! Keep kickin it!
Flaskpost: Thanks a bunch!! - your sketchbock is just awesome - thanks for stopping by
face study - was a pain in the ass - maybe next time
and 2 minutes figures - i must do more of these
i'm searching a mentor - i'm just too bad
I'd really appreciate any critics and comments - thanks!
The colours on your studies are looking really great, and the last few heads have some really nice brush technique. Watch the structure a little more carefully, though; some of the facial features are a bit off-axis. =)
Revidescent: thanks a bunch - yes i should take a look by bammes - i'm need more structure in the first phase of painting - try to fix that
here are some airplane sketches: the first are a little older, the last one is from today all with ref, 1h for each
quick colors studies / 30 - 45 min
anatomy studies / 2 minutes

new portrait with ref - wip
try to push the things little further than the other portraits - i'm not satisfied![]()
nice updates! your colors seem pretty spot on! all i see is proportion issues so keep an eye on that.
kevin_ many thanks - yes, proportion is a really hard thing for me - i keep an eye on that!
little update e new character sketch - wip
Hey, your sketchbook was really fun to look through. You seem to have an awesome grasp on perspective. The pen sketches of environments on p2 & 3 are great, and the technical drawings (violin, tools, etc.) are insane.
I really like this one: http://conceptart.org/forums/attachm...1&d=1355838767
