try resizing that in photoshop or some other software you got, but not bad for (almost 13). work on your linework is all i can say. keep posting ill help you out with any problems you encounter.

here is another from ref (the earrs are wayyyy off...)

i need to do some life drawing...

one tip i can give is work on light contour lines first before you do any sort of sketching. try getting it correct that way whatever your drawing it give and outline of the details later, i hope this helps

how much time do you spend on some of the bigger stuff like the pencil sharpener? maybe you should try focusing on just one item, be it a face a random object like a stapler or a shoe or whatever and just draw it for an hour, and really focus on the details, and the shadows that it casts, and getting the proportions right in perspective? it might help you a lot to just do one thing instead of jumping around from object to object.
    best of luck.
