New Comic Works, Where Grows The Bitter Herb!

    New comic pages below!

    Hi guys and gals,
I'd like to share with you a few random pages from my new comic, due later in the year. They are missing the wordage, but thats the more boring part eh! Here we go:

I also have some exciting news on my mini comic, Turtle Guitar, which was posted here not so long ago. The comic has now made it to print, and I have some fantastic full colour comics available through my Strange Alchemy Bookshop at www.benpowis.net.
Here is a little promo image, showing the comic:

Thanks everyone, glad you like it

A few of these comic pages, and an original drawing, will be making an appearence along with lots of other cool comic work (and Turtle Guitar will be there too!) at a London gallery next month, if your interested you can find out more, as it happens, on my new blog, Lost in the Woods!

Thanks to everyone who has looked, here's a recent little picture, called Pandora's Box.

Thanks very much for all your comments guys!

After all these months of hard scribbling I am very pleased to announce that my second comic adventure ‘Where Grows The Bitter Herb‘ is finished, printed and available to buy from today! ‘Bitter Herb continues the comic style established in Turtle Guitar, but readers should be prepared to embark on a longer journey through the unexplored world, to wild and wonderful environments meeting new creatures, some friendly and welcoming, some not!

Here is a little picture of the cover:

And here are some brand new sample pages, without the text getting in the way - these follow no particular order!:
