    ADDITIONAL INFO

    1. Create a dragon which has a strong relation to an element!

    2. The element can be one of the classicals like water, earth, fire and air but you can also come up with your own, like ice, stone, diamond etc...Only restriction is that IS a MATERIAL which can be found in nature and is not something ethereal, emotional or made up by mankind.

    3. No individual/character!!! Make a concept of a species!

    EXAMPLE

Ice Dragon: Related "element" is ice. The appearance of the dragon must fit to the elements look or feel. So it probably would be a dragon with white/cyan/blue colors. It could have design elements like icicles hanging down from its body or a thick fur would be logical as well, blue eyes, small ears, etc...i think you got the point, so let's see some nice dragons which have a nice twist or design idea

Isn't this topic dangerously similar to CoW 36 "White Skinned Dragon Eater"? Not that I am questioning your judgement or anything fozzy, if you were aware of this im sure there is a logical explanation as to why you chose this topic... but just thought id bring it to your attention.

Anyways, I may try and make this my 1st CoW, depending on my time... Would be a good chance for helpful feedback from all of the "masters" I'll try to manage my time sos I can turn in something good.

    you know,
It might not hurt to try a second take on a topic that is pretty much the same but with less restriction... and I was all set to check out the topic and start sketching something but now I'll have to wait and see if this will remain the topic.

    dont be silly
    its the topic
I didnt mena to even hint that that is a question
if foz wants to give the same topic six weeks in a row I expect you all to spur yourselfs to greater and more creative solutions to the same problem.
    its just a different puzzle
and you have to reject the trite "done" solutions in favour of something newer and farther out of the box.

I didn't mena to question, I merely meant to spur the so0lutions farthur afield in search of creative answers.

This is what I have so far, I hope this topic stays. I think its a good thing to work with an idea more than once, It forces you to be creative, and challenge your imagination.

    Oh well, I'll start over

Actually, I agreed with Chaosrocks, wouldn't it be fun to revisit an old topic to see what new ways people could come up with? I think most of the people complaining didn't even participate in that round anyway. I actually had an idea and all and was already rescheduling stuff

Hmmm. Well if we're using an open ended definition of 'element' including stone and ice... I think I'll do tar... like a tar pit.

    Hmmmm.

by any element could the elements also go by the periodic table of elements?

or is that getting too scientific?

Fozzy: Sounds great I figured since COW is already over one hundred rounds it wouldn't hurt to revamp something from the beginning.

Anyway, this new topic made me think Lapis Lazuli..or Tigereye..Opal..Obsidian..aargh to many options and no time
